We offer FREE shipping on orders being sent to the following destinations:

Orders over 50 EUR:   Cyprus.

Orders over 85 EUR:   Greece.

Orders over 120 EUR: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Additional Information

Please note that delivery days start from the day that Renegade Boutique will dispatch the order and not from when the customer places the order. We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. Delivery dates for shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once the package has left our warehouse.

Delivery days are working days, which are Monday to Friday. Working days don't include Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays.

If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost that might arise. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to provide correctly. If the courier's tracking service indicates that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

Taxes and Import Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged at checkout, so there are not hidden costs.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We do not send to PO BOX addresses.
