Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will NOT be accepted for return.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Original tags must be attached & intact.
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed back to its box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items include any products marked 50% off or more at time of sale.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

    Late / Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    How To Make A Return

    Return for a refund:

      • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
      • Contact us by email at, to provide you with the return shipping address.

    Mailing a return:

      • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
      • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
      • Contact us by email at, to provide you with the return shipping address.

    Returns are processed within 3 days of receipt and you will be emailed when we process your return. Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity.
